Kiss of Life!
A wise friend once told me, "We live to love the people we love, not live to be loved by them". I love this quote and sums it up for me often what I feel...although the latter is tough to achieve.
I"m on a high after an enlightening dinner conversation with a dear dear friend (++ more)... pondering our futures, our desires and most importantly OUR PASSIONS!!! I decided to dedicate this blog tonight to you J.... Merci.
What truly are our passions in life? What motivates and inspires us to love what we do? How far we will go to achieve our passions in life?
If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you'd like to win but think you can't,
It's almost certain you won't.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man,
But sooner or later,
The man who wins,
Is the man who thinks he can.
We must follow our hearts in life and get back to what really inspires us...don't give up, keep focused and surround yourself with positive like-minded people. Have no regrets!!

I too am on a high after our exhilerating conversation and absorbing the wisdom of your post...My paltry contribution to the theme of pursuing our passions is to emphasise ACTION! Positive thinking is powerful but the future is owned by the proactive - by those that move beyond their thoughts and make things happen. My hope - no, make that my promise - is that we will inspire each other to join the ranks of those few people that can look back upon their lives with satisfaction that they did all they could to live an active, altruistic, passionate and fulfilled life.....
